Counter Notification Procedures

The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter Notice.

¿Qué es Public Affairs and Religious Liberty (PARL)?

Historia de PARL

El Departamento de Asuntos Públicos y Libertad Religiosa (PARL) de la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día tiene su origen en la profunda convicción de que la libertad de conciencia y de religión es un derecho otorgado por Dios a toda persona, y que debe ser protegida sin distinción de credo, cultura o nación.

La defensa de la libertad religiosa ha sido una preocupación central para los adventistas desde los primeros años del movimiento, a mediados del siglo XIX. Muchos miembros enfrentaron persecución y encarcelamiento por observar el sábado bíblico, lo que llevó a la iglesia a organizarse para defender la libertad de conciencia.

En 1893, la Iglesia Adventista estableció formalmente la Asociación Nacional de Libertad Religiosa (NRLA) en los Estados Unidos, con el fin de defender los derechos civiles y religiosos de todos, no solo de los adventistas.
